We absolutely do not wash your clothes with other people's clothes. While other company's may mix customer clothing by organizing orders in "washable mesh bags", we do not encourage this method because it may pose a danger to the clothing fabric. Also, we take sanitization very seriously and recognize that customers do not appreciate this. Your clothes are safe with us!

With proper instructions (residence, dorm number, etc.) your driver will absolutely come straight to your door. College/University campuses know us very well, we will have no problem making sure we 

Lots of students prefer to leave their laundry with the concierge desk at their residence hall, or have a roommate answer the door to the driver. The simple answer is: whatever works for you. We include ways for you to communicate all of this to us.

No - each individual student can choose specifically which day and time they want their laundry picked up. When you setup your monthly plan, you include all of this information so that your service is tailored specifically to your schedule.

You can certainly set up your child on a monthly plan and take care of the invoices. We will put your billing information on file and have your child's address so that the pickup/deliveries are made accordingly. They will also receive SMS text messages for order updates!

We will have your clothing returned in exactly 48 hours or less. If we are expecting a quicker delivery time, we will reach out to you first by phone, then by email.
